The Concours Detail Service Terms

We operate with the same precision we bring to every vehicle. By booking, you agree to the policies below.

1. Schedule Changes

• Need to move or cancel? Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you booked while logged in, you can reschedule online. Guest bookings must call during business hours.

• Changes inside 24 hours may incur a 25% late‑change fee.

2. Payment

• Payment is due, in person, the moment we finish.

• We accept credit/debit cards or cash—no checks or payment apps.

• All sales are final; no refunds or post‑service discounts.

• Quotes remain valid for 14 days and may be adjusted after an on‑site inspection if the vehicle condition differs from the description.

3. Vehicle Condition & Liability

• Please empty your personal items before we arrive. Items left behind stay inside the vehicle; we can’t be responsible for anything reported missing.\

• We are not liable for pre‑existing damage or defects (paint chips, clear‑coat failure, aftermarket add‑ons, etc.).

• Excessive pet hair, bio‑hazards, or severe neglect may require additional time and fees (always discussed with you first).

4. Weather Delays

Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If weather makes safe, high‑quality work impossible, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no charge.
